Racist scouter

I have to give a three because it did work... sometimes. I tried it on my friends first and got their power levels, it was awesome to see! But as soon as I tried it on me it didnt work so I tried it on my brother and that didnt work either! I ended up trying it on my who family and it didnt work! Finally I realized it doesnt work on black people.
